I'm addicted to that show. And why not, it's frickin' hilarious and shows the brutality of being a metalhead. Plus I love how they've taken kick-butt metal icons and rendered them into cartoons. So I gave it a shot with guitar legend Jeff Loomis of Nevermore. Frankly, I love how it turned out, though I know I've got a long way to learning the GIMP and such with linearts/coloring.

Metalocalypse and Dethklok belong to those guys who made them
Jeff Loomis belongs to himself as much as I'm in denial about it. :D

Loomis was such the inspiration for Skwisgaar. <3 GREAT PIC, I really loves it!

Hmm, I'll have to politely disagree with you. Skwisgaard (as I've been told and quite agree with) was inpsired by Alexi (Children of Bodom), Nathan's Danzig, and Pickels is Devin Townsend from his Strapping Young Lads persona. Loomis just doesn't fit Skwisgaard's personality. *drools* I gotta stop now or I'll fall into fangirl ramblings.

Oh I'm not going off of personalities. LOL I don't know anything about any of these guys. *is totally lame and not metal* I just saw a picture of Jeff Loomis a while back and thought he looked liked Skwisgaar. :p

Ha, I'm not the type of chica to rag on someone just because they're not metal, because after all, I was not metal once... a long time ago in a past life or something. :)

I went and looked it up:
Skwisgaar = Alexi (Children of Bodom)
Toki = Mikael (Opeth)
Pickels = Devin Townsend (Strapping Young Lads)
Nathan = Danzig (Danzig)
Muderface = Geezer Butler (Black Sabbath)

honestly i never thought of insparations.. tho i totally saw the danzing of nat'an.. makes me wish i knew more about the dethmetalness aside from the music (80s hair freak here!)
